Anaphase is a phase of mitosis.
Prophase => Anaphase => Metaphase => Telophase

and interphase! though it isnt actually part of mitosis, its important. of course with meosis you get anaphase II metaphase II and telophase II

Ah, the wonder of Biology.
This year I'm in Bio II, which is Anatomy and Physiology. FUN FUN!
I don't even know why I took it. It's a harder course meant for those going into the medical field, and that is most certainly not my interest.

Her name is Sarah, and Ash, you got it wrong, cos you said that anaphase comes before metaphase, and it DOESN'T. It's prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase, or PMAT, like Sarah said.
