Okay...let me help, uh, paint a picture, so to speak...
Ewe = a baby sheep...as you can see, it's a play on the word "you" in the Rolling Stone lyric.
McCloud = a Scottish surname....
Hey, McCloud, get off of my ewe = a Scotsman telling another (Scotsman) McCould to get off of his baby sheep...insinuating that McCloud was doing something...uh...
Well...I think you may get the picture. I could have broke it down in to layman's terms, but I'm sure Katie wouldn't appreciate my wording on that...so I'll be good...
