CHEMISTRY SHOULD DIE! IT SHOULD BURN AND THEN ROT IN THE DICKENS!!!!
I THROW OBSCENITIES AT IT!!!
OBSCENITY! OBSCENITY! OBSCENITY!
Yeah. I have a chemistry test tomorrow, two labs to finish INCLUDING a CIM lab which by all rights I shouldn't have to do because all i need for my CIM diploma now is my persuasive speech CIM but the teacher is making us do it for a class grade... And I also have a worksheet and a pre-test to finish and it's all due first period tomorrow when all my friends are already on Winter Break but I'm not noooooooooo because the School board is SATAN and is making me go through such tortures as Chemistry and it's 10:35 already and I need to be up at 5:45 and I can't figure out for the life of me how to find the freaking specific heat capacity of ANTIFREEZE!!!!!
Please excuse the lack of punctuation and comprehensibility (not to mention spelling.)
Thank you, that is all.

Augh. I took chemistry my junior year. Not by choice, either. And I made C's and D's on EVERY TEST because my teacher WAS INSANE AND TAUGHT WAAAAAY ABOVE OUR HEADS AT A COLLEGE LEVEL!!!!!! Everybody flunked the tests, we only did ONE lab that year (only because the principle made her do one because we complained too much). I had to ask my crush at the time, who was in Honors Chemistry *twitch* to help me at least pass that class with a C. So the last two months of that school year I got together with him weekly and he taught me chemistry. That was great on many levels.
1. I didn't have to pay attention in class because I knew Kevin would teach it to me later. 2. I got to spend some quality time with Kevin. 3. He would use Lord of the Rings as examples, making it easier for me to study.
Needless to say, I made and A on the next test, and passed the class with an 80 C. If it weren't for that guy, I would have failed.
That's it.

I had to take Chem up until last year, but my teacher wasn't so bright, or at least, she thought we weren't, so took it really easy with us. I always got my best marks in Chem out of the sciences, but I never liked it. Except when I got to imagine that the hydrochloric acid or whatever poisonous substance was in the fume cupboard would somehow end up on my worst enemy's lap. Evil, I know, but then, so was she.

Garg. I went without blinking so long trying to study at one this morning that I started crying, and couldn't figure out why! Then I blinked... It hurt SO BAD! Just a note... Always remember to blink, folks! I had to wear my glasses this morning because I couldn't bring myself to put in my contacts. <= me.

Oh, and the last page of my Cim lab? An entire page of me explaining why I couldn't finish it and describing exactly how much of a moron I am. If I'm going to screw up, I should at least screw up according to CIM standards. (CIM's the mini-oregon-SAT) (Oh, and I got my PSAT scores back... better than 97% of my year in Reading, better than 97% of my year in writing... better than 43% of my year in math....)

Congrats on the PSAT results!! I have no idea what on earth a PSAT or a CIM is, but it sounds good to me! (Your results, that is, not having to take them...)

Eh, I'm sure you have something similar. The PSAT is the "preliminary SAT exam."
YAY! I got a total score of 190, so it's pretty good. Too bad the total isn't out of 200....

Well, we don't have SATs in quite the same way as you - we have SATs but they're much more minor exams.

I don't know what it stands for... I don't remember, I don't think. It's what juniors and seniors take for college. If they score above a 21 (I think), then you have TOPS for college. Of course I made a 19... THREE TIMES... and then it was too late to take it again. Bleh.
