Ok, I admit to missing a few. I cant help it, I'm a poor typist who has used IM and less discerning forums for too long

Alright getting back on track to the topic. Yes, universities. Not exactly what I thought i would be looking at any time soon. I have about 25 universities to look through and they are located in the United Kingdom. This is going to be interesting.

I have been to Leeds, Sussex, Nottingham Sutton Bonnington and will soon be off to Reading and Birmingham. Leeds is very nice, Sussex is quite cool and cat-shaped, Nottingham I was'nt so keen on. The campus there wasn't great.

Alright. Now, I am keen on going to somewhere in the USA. So, I am sorta stuck. I think it would be easier if I stayed here and went as an exchange student or something.

You lucky lucky girl.
It looks like I'm going to Exeter or Durham (both offering me a place for AAB) or, if I don't get the grade, Nottingham, which I'm not too keen on, its only saving graces being I only need to get ABC or BBB, and there being a Forbidden Planet RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD.
OK, Forbidden Planet is a pretty good saving grace. Almost a superhero, really.
... OK, hearing the song 'Saving Grace' to the tune of 'Captain Obvious' now...
Of course, I might not be going to uni this year, as have, um, become addicted to English. I might reapply next year - to Cambridge, this time - and also to some other unis like Edinburgh and York I didn't apply to last time, and perhaps apply for courses like Classics AND English.
