Just like I can dream... *remembers wonderful belt*
And Jackie, isn't it only bad luck if you mention the Scottish play in a theatre?

Well, I fear the Scottish Play whenever I happen to be doing something theatre-ish.
Which is very, very often.

I suggested to Kevin we do a play called 'The Unluckiest Play in the World', where the main character is called Macbeth and regularly has his name called, it's about a theatre putting on Macbeth, everyone wears green and whistles, there are cats and candles everywhere, it opens on a Monday, we turn off all the lights in the theatre during the performance... try our best to doom it, basically, then see how it does.

Cool...I have yet to join the theater environment at school....mainly because we only do musicals and I'm a little intimidated.

I don't do musicals at my school, because:
a) I can't sing.
b) I'd have to spend my Sundays under the control of the drama teacher, our very own Carlotta.
c) When I did once try to audition, and had to sing, I swore in the middle of the first line out of panic.
I have no desire to repeat any of these experiences.

Heh heh. I likewise never take part in musicals at school because
a)The last one was Grease, and I have no wish to be re-cast as the headmistress, as they did in my primary school. Also, *Yr 7s aren't allowed*, and I was a Yr7 when the auditions took place
b)Any other musical is written by Mrs. Thompson, who cannot write decent songs to save her life. I went to join the chrous in some tragic production about a Mary-sue maid losing her job, then getting it back with the help of her friends, who exposed the OTHER maid as a theif, who then didn't get punished because it was actually the evil manager to the theatres fault, puncutated by TOO MANY SONGS...anyway, I went to join, but I could hardly stop myself laughing, it was so awful.
c) I loath my school, and prefer to have as little to do with it as possible.
