*snerk* I wouldn't mind the weatherman if he predicted vast amounts of Snow. Enough say, to close the schools. It's Finals week.

It snowed here today! Really heavily! I was in the middle of Latin at the time.
Pippa (student in the year above me - I have my lessons with them cos I'm the only one...): Hey, it's snowing!
Teacher: Oh dear. I hope you'll be more mature than my year 8s, not just staring at it...
Pippa: Oh no, we will be-
Me: (completely mesmerized) Look at the pwiddy snow!!! I WANNA GO DANCE IN IT!!!! Is it lunchtime yet???
She let us go early in the end... I skipped squealing through it all the way up to lunch...
But it hasn't settled. Pout.

Hehe- Last year it snowed in Art Class... The teacher couldn't drag Steph and I away from the window, so she finally gave us 20 minutes to go out and dance in it. It was so much fun!

Um.... am I the only one who has never truly seen snow? It's 'snowed' a couple of times in Louisiana. But the only time it settled on the ground was like 15 years ago when I was barely three years old and I don't remember it. And a couple of years ago it snowed and almost stayed on the ground, but it didn't. It was 70 degrees here yesterday! Now it's 40 again! I respect all weathermen here. If they can predict all this crazy weather, GOOD FOR THEM!!!

I'm using semaphore... which is very difficult in such a small glass box...

You should have got a large glass box like Becca... And Kathryn, Lou (who has only posted once) has never seen snow at all.

We're too close to the equator for snow!
Is Katie in a glass box?
If she's pounding on it... wouldn't it break?
