Laertes wasn't Odysseus's father after all....Sisyphus was. Sorry, Katie, I know it's your subject, but I found my Robert Graves and spent a lot of today going crosseyed, trying to keep a hold on the family trees. And apparently Thea was the daughter of Cheiron, but in that case was interchangable with Thetis. Gah!

Thetis was Achilles's mother, definitely. And I'm pretty darn sure Laertes was Odysseus's.
PS .... Odysseus's father, that is.
