THEY'RE BROTHERS!!!!!! WHY?!?!?!? Sorry...when I discovered that I marched up to my fellow Eragon/eldest reader and ranted for ages about it. Her friends all looked at me weirdly.
He's just so....stereotypical nice villian. Maybe I'll feel differently about it next time i read it, but I really didn't get attatched to him I'm afraid...

I wasn't overly impressed with Eldest to be honest. Too many undeveloped characters... I will read it again at some point to try to think more highly of it...
