Hmmm. Well, if you need help with them, I can give it.... and I can also teach out of 'Ecce Romani!', the fine book I learnt with (tis funneh in its campness) and 'Harrius Potter et Philosophi Lapis', ie Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone in Latin.
As an introduction to Ecce Romani!, it's about the Cornelius family, who, when we meet them, are staying in their country house. There's Cornelius, the dad who's a senator, Aurelia, the mother who does squat, Marcus, the dashing son, Sextus, his 'friend' who is staying with them (our class was divided between Sextus/ Cornelia shippers and Sextus/ Marcus shippers), and Cornelia, the daughter, who spends most of her time singing and hanging out with her friend Flavia.
Harry Potter... I dunno, it's a kids book or something.

I shall order them both from good ole Amazon when my parents give me money. Which will be soon, as I think they owe me some.

Yes, it means 'and'.
OK, let's start off with some basic useful sentences should you get a time machine and wind back in Roman times.
Salve! - Hello! (to let them know you're not a barbarian, in which case they'd be free to crucify you)
Ita vero! - Yes! (in response to any question which seems like "Do you need a new time machine?")
Non! - No! (in response to any questions which seems like "Do you need a job as a prostitute?")
Ecce! - Look! (to create a distraction)
Solve lora infernis! - Unleash hell! (in case that distraction fails, so you can to start a fight and escape in the hubbub)
Amo te - I love you (can be useful in persuading old stupid senators to campaign against you being crucified)
Futue ipsum - F*** you (should said senator fail you and you end up being crucified anyway)
