Greatest achievment...........hmm. When I learnt fencing, I think. We went to pre-revolutionary France for a tutor, and he was the most god-awful little man I've ever met. Learning from him was a great trial.
It's a cake! It has filling and chocolate icing!

Yes, but it's biscuit shaped.
And what made you want to learn fencing? Why is it your greatest achievement?

Because, despite my horrible teacher, and I'm not boasting overmuch here, I'm the best fencer my mother has ever met. And she's met a few. I wanted to learn fencing because Neraida took away my spear. She said I shouldn't try to impale visitors just to show off.

Why on earth would you WANT to do that? Where did you get your desire to show off?

Well, most of our visitors were immortal anyway. They knew it was only little me.
I don't show off often, but sometimes, when someone's made me angry, or stopped me doing something I wanted to. It's frustration mainly.

Do you get frustrated often? Why?

I don't get frustrated often, but I generally want to do things that other people don't think I should do. That really annoys me, because somewhere in me is the assumption that I'm a Faery Princess, so can do what I damn well like.

You'd think a Faery Princess would be bound by certain restrictions from the title. Don't you think they should apply?

Because restrictions never seem to apply to my mother.

Then people would surely be used to people disregarding their titles?
Would you say you had a problem with authority?

*grins* Yes. I have a big problem with authority.
And my mother is a hypocrite. She thinks she knows best.

I don't know. I was probably encouraged in my childhood by the people looking after me, and it might be in my genes.

Do you think it's a fault?

No. It stopped me from breaking at one point. Loathing the person who had power over me kept me sane.
