Do I really need to explain what this board is for? I'll start off with a riddle, then you have to try and answer it! You can also post your own riddles. This could get confusing, so if you're answering a riddle where there are more than one on the go at the time, don't click on reply, click on quote, that way you have the riddle there as well, and no one gets confused!
So, to start us off:
What comes once in a minute, twice in a moment, but never in a thousand years?

If your trapped in a room in the middle of the desert furnished with only an armchair and a table, how do you get out?

There are so many different variations of answers to this. My preferred one is BURN IT ALL!!!!!....
but the more generally accepted one is rub your hands together until they are saw, and then cut the table in half, and put the two halves together to make a hole, and crawl out of it, and take the armchair with you to sell at DFS.

Well, the answer was more along the lines of "walk out the door," but you get creativity points!
(notice it never said there were no doors).
I had someone pull this on me. It was mean.

The variation most common over here is when the room is furnished with a mirror and a bed. The answer is "look in the mirror, see what you saw, take the saw, saw the bed in half, two halves make a whole, crawl out the hole." (optional: "yell 'till you're hoarse, get on the horse and ride away.")
Similar, I suppose. Question... Run your hands till they saw... What does that mean?

Yell at them "RUN, LITTLE HANDIES!!!! RUUUUUN!!!!" until they get so mad that they run off to get a saw, and then tread on them to stop them killing you.
Another one... ummm...
Think of words ending in -GRY. Angry and hungry are two of them. There are only three words in the English language. What is the third word?
The word is something that everyone uses every day. If you have listened carefully, I have already told you what it is.

And I knew that one was easy, I just couldn't be bothered to think of a better one. Stupid David.

The other "half" are boys too, so they're all boys!!
What weighs nothing, can be seen with the human eye, but if you put it in something it will make it weigh less?

Well a set of broken scales can't weigh an awful lot...

I don't know...
George, Helen, and Steve are drinking coffee. Bert, Karen, and Dave are drinking soda. Using logic, is Elizabeth drinking coffee or soda?

Using logic, Elizabeth will be drinking tea, as everyone should be drinking tea!! Even though I'm drinking apple tango at the moment... But I would be drinking tea. In a perfect world. My computer just hasn't finished figuring out how to make tea.

To be obnoxious about it, Elizabeth isn't drinking anything!
Here's another riddle:
What is greater than God, more evil than the Devil, the poor have it, the rich need it, and if you eat it you'll die?
